The SNAP team and volunteers were presented with the Best learning disabled support Service in Bucks, social care awards 2020!

Congratulations to all and thank you to all our continued supports. This charity is invaluable to some of the most marginalised people in our community and we continue to provide a safe, fun and professional service. We know our team often go above and beyond and so truly deserve this recognition.
